Sen. Matthew Urhoghide is now fondly called, ' the promise keeper' because before the 2015 general election, he promised to facilitate projects to the people of Edo South Senatorial District. He actually fulfilled the promise by providing projects in the 77 wards in the district. 

Below is the list of projects Sen. Urhoghide attracted to Egor Local Government Area :

1. Installation of solar street light at Evbareke Spare Parts Market Road.
2. Construction of borehole at Evbareke Spare Parts Market 
3. Renovation/furnishing of the Town hall inside Evbareke Spare Parts Market 
4. Installation of solar street light at Uwelu Spares Parts Road 
5. Construction and installation of borehole at Uwelu Spare Parts Market
6. Installation of solar street light at Believers Ministries Inc.
7. Installation of solar-powered street light at Useh, From Olumoza Palace to High Tension Road
7. Installation of  deep well borehole at Igue-Ikpe Community.
8. Construction of market stalls at Urumwon Community
9. Provision and installation of 500kva transformer at Okhokhugbo Community
10. Installation of solar-powered borehole at Ogida, Igbinaduwa Street.
11. Construction of borehole at Evbuotubu Market.
12. Construction of borehole at Evbuotubu Village
14. Construction of 1 block of Six (6) classrooms at Eghosa Grammar School Compound
15. Construction of  ICT Centre, at Eghosa Grammar School Compound
16. Installation of  solar-powered street light at Eghosa Grammar School Compound. 
17. Installation of Solar-powered street light at Uselu Town Hall 
18. Installation of solar-powered street light at Uselu Psychiatric Hospital  
19. Reconstruction of Uselu Town Hall . 20. Installation of Solar-powered street light at Medical Stores Road
22. Donation of chairs and exercise books to Okhoro Primary School
22. Installation of solar-powered street light at Okungbowa Street by Okhoro Hotel
23. Construction of market stalls at Iguedayi Community
24. Construction of solar-powered borehole at FGGC Ugbowo 
25. Installation of solar-powered street light at Adolor College Road.
26. Scholarship awards to 34 brilliant Egor indigenes in public secondary and tertiary institutions.
35. Believers Ministry Incorporated, Upper Owinna Street, Benin City.

Only Sen. Urhoghide has the above types of human- face projects to showcase, out of all the aspirants. In each of the Seven Local Government Areas in the district, he has such projects. In subsequent publications, his projects in other Local government areas will be unveiled. He deserves the APC governorship ticket.

Hon.(Amb.)Elliot Inneh Begins Grading Of Earth Roads In Ward 9, Egor LG

(Amb.)Elliot Inneh, the Councillor representing Ward 09 in Egor Local Government Area's legislative chamber has begun the grading of earth roads in his ward.  So far, grading of Obaruyi Street, Upper Medical Street, Oghobaghase Street (Okhoro Primary School road), Ehigie Street and Osasenaga Street ( Enoma factory road) have been completed. According to the energetic Councillor, more roads in the ward will be sand filled and graded. Some excited residents of the benefitting areas came out to salute the youthful Councillor for his good job. Hon.(Amb.) Inneh has vowed to do his best for the residents of his ward, to justify the mandate given to him during the election. The articulate and vibrant Councillor was in the team of the Egor Local Government Area Chairman that cleaned up the storm drain on Uselu- Lagos road some months ago.
