Shaibu commissions boreholes to immortalize Madam Fatima Ahmadu

Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu, has commissioned two boreholes at Imiakeble in Etsako East Local Government Area of the state.
He carried out the exercise at the 40-days fidau ceremony of late Madam Fatima Ahmadu.
The boreholes were provided by the son of the deceased, Colonel Ahmed Ahmadu, to immortalize his late mother and grandmother.
At the solemn event, the Deputy Governor commiserated with the bereaved family and advised the members to, "stay strong and stand in to fill the gap created by the demise of mama Fatima".
The Edo state number 2 citizen noted that Madam Ahmedu lived a life worthy of emulation.
He described the deceased as a disciplinarian who contributed immensely to the development of her community and played a leading role in building human capacity.
Rt. Hon. Comrade Shaibu further said, "
"while mama was on here with us, she lived an exemplary life. She was a mother to all and raised her children in the ways of God".
The fidau ceremony attracted family members, friends, well-wishers and associates of the deceased.
