This disease has also been traced to the backwardness of most labour Unions  in Nigeria. Therefore, for any organization to move forward and achieve the aim for which it was created, such body needs credible leadership . Some of the ingredients of credible leadership are : inclusivity, transparency, accountability, accessibility and selflessness. Men who offer credible leadership are scarce and are easily identified in the crowd.  Nigeria Union of Journalists ( NUJ) was set up for some objectives. To achieve such objectives, the body needs a credible leadership to take it to a greater height. Proposed Hunger Protest : AAU Management Advises Restriction of Students' Movements To Ekpoma

Ahead of the much talked about Nationwide hunger protests organized by Civil Society and other related groups, the Management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, in line with the directive of the National Universities Commission (NUC), on the safety of staff and students of various Nigerian institutions of higher learning, has directed that the students of the institution should, as a matter of urgency and security expediency, remain calm in their hostels and halls of residences.  In a statement issued by the University's Acting Registrar, Comrade Ambrose E. The newly-inaugurated Dr. Omo-Ehijele Frank Odafen- led-Governing Council for Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Monday held its inaugural meeting as part of its commencement of work to reposition the University. The University's Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Council who arrived at the campus in Ekpoma on Monday with other members of the Council immediately commenced a fact-finding and assessment tour of structures and facilities in the University.
